Welcome aboard!

Hello y'all,

Welcome to the first addition of The Love Bug Tales, titled appropriately for my two love bugs-- Cade and Halle. Considering all the yapping I do, it's really of no surprise that I've started a blog. I'm actually surprised I didn't start one sooner!

Although motherhood can be stressful, nervewracking, and hectic, my kids are my greatest joy. Those two bugs truly know how to make me laugh and keep me on my toes at the same time! Recently, as a result of frequenting the Dallas Farmers Market, I've become a little obsessed with environmentally friendly products. We have been eating mostly organic for the last year or so and now I'm trying to apply green products to many more aspects of our lives. As I continue to test out products I will make sure to post my thoughts on them here! Also, I'm getting back in the groove of cooking and baking. It's a bit of an obsession, but at least it's a tasty one! I look forward to posting kid-friendly and healthy foods!
We have an exciting summer ahead of us so stay tuned! Cade is starting kindergarten at the end of August so we have a lot of preparation and shopping to do. I'm excited for him, but so sad that he's grown up so quickly! Halle will probably be walking in no time and her cruising around and talking endlessly is a constant reminder that she's growing up too. *sigh*
